Use 2–3 times a week for best results
Warm a little oil
Pour a small amount into your palm and warm it between your fingers.
Massage the scalp
Part your hair in sections and massage the oil gently into the roots for 5–10 minutes.
Leave overnight
Leave it on overnight and wash with a mild shampoo in the morning.

How often should I use the oil?
We recommend a scalp massage 2–3 times a week. Leave it overnight and wash in the morning.
Which size should I choose?
150 ml is good for trying it out. 200 ml and 250 ml last longer and suit regular use or long hair.
